1、 Product Overview

The AIBUS protocol is a communication protocol independently developed by Xiamen Yudian. The protocol is simple and efficient, with low cost and simple structure for independent networking. If it is necessary to jointly network with products from other companies, or when the system requires a large number of instruments (hundreds to thousands of instruments) to network, a multifunctional communication controller with protocol conversion function can be used. The communication controller can not only play a role in signal isolation protection and relay extension communication distance, but also greatly shorten the cyclic sampling period when there are a large number of instruments in the system. It can also convert the AIBUS protocol of the instruments into MODBUS and other protocols for compatibility with equipment from different manufacturers.

1. Accelerate the collection speed, the communication controller can automatically cycle to read instrument measurement values and parameters, which is faster than direct reading by the upper computer;

2. Equipped with communication relay function, capable of expanding communication distance;

3. Provide optoelectronic isolation function for the upper computer;

4. Multiple communication controllers can be used to build large-scale systems, capable of handling up to thousands of I/O points in real-time, with a data refresh rate of no more than 1 second;

5. Supporting various communication protocols, it is possible to convert different instrument protocols such as AIBUS protocol into MODBUS protocol, which facilitates user networking.
